Yoga On The Road is setup for group classes. We will agree on a location for the class ahead of time that should be in Cecil or Harford County. I am willing to go to nursing homes, assisted living and rehabilitation centers. You can expect the following from a group session: 

• breath work 
• meditation 
• vinyasa flow

$150 per 1-hour session
